Live gigs and musical entertainment on the way to the Buckingham area Posted On 16 September 2022

Be prepared for foot-tapping live shows that promise to live long in the memory

There are a number of brilliant live music entertainment events coming to the area very soon.

Few feelings quite match the excitement that swells in our stomach when we have booked to see one of our favourite bands or acts perform.

It is equally as fun to head out and explore a new show that has been recommended to you by a friend.

Luckily, we live in an area of the world that regularly boasts a number of live shows to ensure there is always something new and fresh to see.

We have done the hard work for you and collected together a bit of information on a couple of upcoming shows that you will not want to miss out on.

The Glenn Miller Orchestra

One highly anticipated upcoming live musical performance in the area is from The Glenn Miller Orchestra, which will be performed at Milton Keynes Theatre, on Sunday, October 2.

Directed by music legend Ray McVay, this show is set to include a range of blockbusters, including In the Mood, Moonlight Serenade, American Patrol and Tuxedo Junction, as well as a handful of surprises.

The orchestra will be joined by a fantastic lineup of vocalists, including Catherine Sykes and Mark Porter.

The Sensational 60s Experience

Milton Keynes Theatre is a fantastic spot for live music, with another upcoming show being The Sensational 60s Experience.

This is a brand new production for 2022 which promises to be a festival of nostalgia.

Audience members are set to be treated to a performance filled with a feel good factor that will transport them back to the magical decade that was the 1960s, through music.

This show is set to take place at the Milton Keynes venue on Sunday, October 9.
